We begin by distilling our spirit base with native Australian botanicals, overload our Still with fresh orange citrus and add in some ginger for good measure.
Once through the incredible process of distillation, our Outback Strength Gin is connected directly to its own barrels where it sits to settle and be brought to the ideal explosive strength of 60% alc.
An honourable drink preferred for a knock off after a hard day, our Outback Strength Gin will set your compass right as you head towards the sunset from day that’s been worth it.
